Message	a guy wanted to buy parts from me overseas...he paid via paypal and i saw the money in my account...but then he asked me to ship them to an unconfirmed address...when i told a fellow member about this transaction, he advised me not to go through with the transaction and refund his money...apparently, scammers can dispute the claim with the credit card company and say they never got the item...they will do a chargeback leaving a negative balance in your paypal account, thus freezing your account until you settle things with paypal I refunded his money, told him I can't ship to an unconfirmed address (especially overseas), and that was the end of it Unless you are shipping to a confirmed verified address, I wouldn't go through with it.
